Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

| 2 | large, ripe bananas | |
| 10 | ice cubes | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar or sugar substitute |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, yogurt or half-and-half |
| 1/4 | cup | peanut butter |
Cut the bananas into chunks. Put them into a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend to a puree.
Thin with a little more milk or water if too thick. Serve immediately.
