Directions:Core and dice the apples into 1/4 inch pieces. Place in a medium bowl and toss immediately with lime juice. Stir in the orange segments, onions, green pepper, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, cider vinegar, cumin and oil. Chill 2 hours before serving. Serve over fish, chicken or turkey.
