Jack's Purple Pork Paint

A Minnesota tailgating marinade

Yield: Makes 3/4 cup glaze

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup coarse-grained mustard
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
1 ham, 6 - 8 lbs.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spread on ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
