Bacon Blue Burger

| 1 1/2 | pounds | ground beef |
| 1 | small onion, minced | |
| 1 1/2 | Tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| Steak seasoning, to taste | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | ||
| 1/2 | pound | blue cheese |
| 12 | slices | bacon, cooked and well drained |
| 6 | Kaiser rolls, split |
Preheat grill to hot. Combine ground round, onion, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Form into 6 patties. Brush burgers with extra virgin olive oil.
Place on grill and cook 2 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium and continue grilling until meat registers 160 F. on meat thermometer in center. Place blue cheese on burger, add 2 slices of cooked bacon and place on roll to serve.
