Ingredients

2 packages (7 ounce) hummus
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 package (4 ounce) crumbled feta cheese
2 Tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives
Crackers
Pita bread

Directions:

Spread hummus along the bottom of a 9 to 10- inch serving plate.

Cover with tomato, cucumber, feta and olives.

Serve with crackers or pita bread.
