Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

6 cups chicken broth (48 oz.)
1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup uncooked whole wheat egg noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

Directions:

In large pot mix broth, carrots, onion, celery, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in noodles.

Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often until noodles are tender. Add chicken and heat through.
