Pringles Topped Potatoes

Yield: 4 (1/2 cup servings)

Ingredients

1 pouch Betty Crocker Roasted Garlic 100% Real Mashed Potatoes
15 (1/3 cup) Pringles Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:

Prepare one pouch of potatoes according to directions on package.

Transfer hot potatoes to a heatproof dish or casserole. Sprinkle with crushed Pringles chips. Place under broiler for 2 minutes or until chips turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
