| 1 | package | (8 ounce) uncooked rotini pasta |
| 2 | cups | fresh broccoli florets |
| 2 | cans | (6 ounce) water packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked |
| 1 | jar | (6 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, drained |
| 3 | large tomatoes, sliced | |
| 1 | red bell pepper, sliced | |
| 1 | small red onion, diced | |
| 1/2 | cup | pitted olive halves |
| 1/2 | cup | Italian salad dressing |
Cook rotini to as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
In large bowl, combine cooked rotini and broccoli with tuna, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives and salad dressing; toss until well mixed.
Yield: 8 servings
